Inclement Weather Policy

The Bartlett Field Conditions box will be updated by 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and by 7:00 a.m. on Saturdays.

A cancelation notice will appear in the box if soccer is canceled and the fields are closed.

If there is no notice in the box, then the fields are open and the practices/matches will be held.

If inclement weather moves in after the scheduled posting time, it will be up to the coaches to determine if they will hold practices. The playing of matches will be determined by the match officials.

The Bartlett Field Conditions box may be updated after the initial posting to reflect a change in match field conditions. (i.e. If we get matches started and inclement weather moves in forcing us to cancel the remaining matches, we will try to get a new message posted on the site.)
